I recently discovered another crafty website called Skip to my Lou, where I stumbled upon this cool recipe for Chalk Paint. It looked like fun, but there haven't been many sub-100 degree days this summer to try it out. We got lucky this afternoon, and had a blast.
Supposedly it's washable, but at the rate this drought is going, our artwork might become a permanent feature on the back porch.

How fun!! Noah looks like he is loving that. Was it easy to make? Do share the recipe if it was! =)
The link has the recipe. Equal parts cornstarch and water, and a few drops of food color. Easy Peasy!
I am totally doing this with James! What a fun activity!
